Wheeler Brook Psychiatric Care is currently in network with these insurance companies:
Massachusetts & New Hampshire residents: We currently accept the following insurances: Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, MGH PPO and HMO, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Anthem Blue CrossUnfortunately, we do not accept MassHealth, Medicaid or Medicare.
HelloAlma does insurance verification and billing for all insurance plans we accept. Once you’re accepted into the practice we will direct you to their site so they can verify your insurance and handle billing for services.
Self Pay
In addition to booking appointments, your Patient Portal allows you to pay for your services as well at these following rates:
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation Fee: $350
Follow-Up Appointment: $200

The office for in-person appointments is located at 435 Newbury Street, Suite 224 in Danvers, MA. We provide:
